Why this is local

Built around Southwest Florida paver needs

Intense sun can fade driveways and pool decks. Summer rain can wash joint sand from the joints, while shaded lanais can develop algae or mildew and irrigation can leave rust-colored staining.

Canal-side and coastal exposure can add wear, and dry-weather windows matter when sealing is involved. We collect the homeowner's actual condition and timing; the independent contractor decides the appropriate assessment, scope and schedule.

How the partnership works

Simple operating expectations, documented before any opportunity is billable.

01

Agree the fit

Define territory, covered services and qualification rules in writing.

02

We generate inquiries

Homeowners submit contact, project, timing and optional photo details.

03

We route the opportunity

A request meeting the agreed definition is sent through the chosen workflow.

04

Report the outcome

You share contact, appointment and job outcomes; billing follows the written agreement.

What “qualified” can mean

A non-binding starting point is a homeowner in the agreed territory requesting a covered service, with valid contact information, genuine project intent and no obvious duplicate submission.

The final definition, validation rules and dispute window are negotiated and written into each partner agreement.

Choose the structure that fits

Pay per qualified or attended appointment

A defined fee applies when the written qualification or attendance standard is met.

Percentage of a closed job

An agreed percentage applies after a referred homeowner hires and pays the contractor.

No fixed pricing is published. Commercial terms are finalized in writing for each contractor.
