Please read: PaverMatch SWFL is an advertising and referral service. We do not perform paver cleaning, sealing, repair, or any contracting work. We pass your request to an independent local service provider, and that provider contacts you directly. The independent provider is solely responsible for its own licensing, insurance, estimates, contracts, warranties, and the quality of any work performed.
1. What this service is
PaverMatch SWFL is a marketing and referral service. We are not a contractor, not a licensed service provider, and we do not perform paver cleaning, sealing, re-sanding, restoration or repair. Using this site does not create a contract for any work.
2. Independent providers
Companies that receive your request are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents or partners in a legal sense. Each provider is solely responsible for its own licensing, insurance, estimates, contracts, pricing, scheduling, warranties and the performance and quality of any work.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee pricing, savings, timing, availability, response times, or the outcome or quality of any work. We do not verify, endorse or recommend any particular provider. Please confirm credentials and terms directly with the provider before hiring.
4. Your submissions
By submitting a request you confirm the information is accurate and you agree that we may share it with one or more independent local service providers so they can contact you. If you check the consent box, you agree to receive calls and texts about your request; message frequency varies and you may reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
5. Disputes about work
Any dispute about an estimate, agreement, payment, damage or workmanship is between you and the independent provider. PaverMatch SWFL is not a party to that agreement and is not liable for it.
6. Contractor partners
Companies applying to receive referrals agree to maintain their own licensing and insurance as required by law, to contact homeowners promptly and professionally, and to represent themselves — never PaverMatch SWFL — as the service provider.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
